Highlights listed below reflects known experience, settings and operations of Skycooler Containers p/n 735.100.000 since 2008. Operations as of 01/11/2021 shall be in compliance with Standard Operating Procedure for British Airways Pod Handling.

Cargo or Catering preconditions shall be in compliance with UK Foods Standard Agency, HACCP, BA and DOCO regulations.

Container only maintain the internal temperature upon pre-condition, ambient temperature, dry-ice amount and set temperature. Container cannot lower the internal temperature within the Cargo Compartment,

D-1 Cell batteries shall be stored at an ambient temperature
Rechargeable Batteries shall be removed from Container prior initilisation of Pre-condition and placed in its dedicated Charger marked with Container Number. Example SB-002 removed from RAP 10010 BA is placed in Charger No. RAP 10010 BA.
2.7.2.Installation of batteries208
p/n 735.100.000 – installation of 16 x D-Cell Batteries shall be installed at the initiation of Pre-condition stage – see paragraph 5.3.1. for details.
2.7.3.Rechargeable battery209
Rechargeable Batteries are marked SB-001 to SB-014 and shall be installed at the initiation of Pre-condition stage – see paragraph 5.3.1. for details.
2.7.4.Charging of Rechargeable battery211
Post transfer of Rechargeable Battery from the Container, it shall be placed in its dedicated Charger marked with Container Number, and shall remain under power until it is being placed in the Container prior to Pre-condition transport profile.
2.7.5.Installation of rechargeable battery213
